During Baby Part 1
Prepare Mentally and Physically
Pregnancy is “as metabolically taxing as an ultramarathon.”
We can do hard things. Women are miraculous.
First time moms or seasoned moms, pregnancy is no joke. It can be beautiful and it is without a doubt one of the most amazing miracles to ever exist, and it can be exhausting and painful and hard.
Things we all should try to do during pregnancy:
take a prenatal
get brisk exercise if cleared by your doctor
stop alcohol
find a way to calm your mind - for me it was quiet time in the morning or quick meditations even some affirmations would help (we’ll dive into this deeper later)
read up on things to expect
sign up for a prenatal class or two especially if it’s your first rodeo
What was your favorite way you helped your body during pregnancy?
